those arent armors but skins for armours. you have to first find and grab those armour adn wear them then apply the skins (paint) to them. man i really expected a transmog system ,having any skin for any armor , what a deception. Where to find Hero's Sword. Can be acquired by killing 10 bosses in a single run of Survival Mode. Can be purchased from Rigs for 100 Glowing Fragments. Hero's Sword is an Account Bound item, this means that it can be used across on all your characters (this includes new characters and already created ones in both normal and hardcore difficulty).Easy if you have time. You just have to kill bosses, rinse repeat. pretty easy. you get a good amount of glowing for hard, nightmare even more. I had over 250 at one point just by playing the hard mode campaign and running a few adventures. Hard difficulty, each normal boss is 3 frags, world bosses are 5 frags.

if you have SoC dlc, you can get fragments in survival mode on any difficulty (most on apoc though), also in fetid pools dungeon in corsus adventures. fetid pools require 2 players for glowing fragments, but with a blink token glitch you can do it solo as well. apart from that, apoc boss kills in adventure are a fast way as well.
